SPORT DESIGN

For our colour study's final project, we were given a task to create an outfit based on one of the five themes that had been given by our lecturer. the five theme that were given to us are PUNKY, RETRO, VINTAGE, SPORTY, and HAUTE COUTURE. Sporty style is a clothing for sport like badminton, football, volley ball, and others. To me, sport fashion is a style that comfortable to wear and easy to move.

I used green t-shirt and yellow line made of lightweight fabric. I used green colour because green show self-respect, harmony and nature. I make line in yellow colour because yellow colour of sunshine and it's show associated with joy, happiness and energy. Following are my progress of making sport t-shirt;

I make the design because it's look simple and nice.

Colour value

COLOUR VALUE

   It is refers to the lightness or darkness of a color. every color can produce a variety of tones, how light or dark these are depends on the color.

   Color value that using primary color; YELLOW, RED and BLUE. Start with the color, we can use white colour to get lightest color.

- It uses the two colours adjacent to its complement.

COLOUR HARMONY

- It is the colours that sit next to each other on the colour wheel.

- for example; GREEN, YELLOW-GREEN, and YELLOW or RED, RED-ORANGE, and ORANGE.

First, I draw the shoes then follow that with artline pen. I use hatching to make shadow at the shoes that I draw.

I use Tom Cruise picture for the colour toning. I choose Tom Cruise because he is my favourite actor.

This pop up about chick can't fly and missing it family. The bird keep trying hard to learn to fly because it want find it family.

Rendering shading tecnique

RENDERING SHADING TECHNIQUE

DEVELOPTMENT PROCESS

The making our own logo from 2D to 3D design. do quick skeches for the design then apply shape. After that, make a box to create 3D design. Last, use the artline pen to do the outline.

HATCHING

Hatching is an artistic technique used to create shading effects by drawing.

CROSS HATCHING

Cross hatching is an extension of hatching, which uses is the use of fine parallel lines drawn closely, to create the illusion of shade or texture.

CONTOUR HATCHING

Contour hatching is a line that follow the contours of objects.

SCUMBLING/RENDOM

It is a large or small form to be made the shade in the objects.

STIPPLING/DOTS

Stippling is the creation of a pattern simulating varying degrees of shading by using small dots.
